What we process
CrunchSave processes account details, property metadata, uploaded images, generated results, billing state, and essential security logs to provide the service.
Images and AI processing
Original and generated files are private and accessed with short-lived links. Images sent to an AI provider are used to complete the requested edit. Durable results are stored in private object storage rather than relying on temporary provider URLs.
Analytics and error reporting
With analytics consent, CrunchSave associates the account identifier, primary email address, display name, acquisition parameters, page views, product events, and web performance measurements with a PostHog person profile. Generation instructions, property addresses, filenames, and image URLs are excluded. Sentry error reports use the account identifier without the email address and are scrubbed before transmission.
Retention and deletion
Deleted account and image data enters a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion. Financial and security records may be retained where legally required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. Contact privacy@crunchsave.com. This draft must be adapted for the final controller identity and applicable KVKK/GDPR notices.
